8. Data & Accuracy Disclaimer
Snapshot relies on publicly available federal and state datasets that may be 6 to 24 months stale at any given time. Data availability, coverage, and accuracy vary by source agency and geographic area.
Snapshot does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis results. All results should be independently verified through qualified professionals (e.g., licensed engineers, environmental consultants, attorneys) before making investment, development, or land acquisition decisions.
Snapshot is not responsible for any decisions made based on its analysis results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Snapshot's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report or subscription period giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snapshot, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your reliance on Snapshot reports, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications to Terms
Snapshot may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
